Services

Novaro provides web design, development, and AI automation services, including AI receptionist and voice agent services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between Novaro and the client.

AI Receptionist Services

Onboarding information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information through our onboarding form and to tell us promptly about changes to your services, hours, pricing, or call-handling instructions. Your receptionist follows the instructions you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy.

Phone numbers and call forwarding

You authorise Novaro to provision tracking phone numbers and configure call forwarding and transfers on your behalf. Numbers are supplied by third-party carriers, and your preferred area codes are subject to availability.

Your compliance responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to communications with your own customers, including rules on call recording and consent, telemarketing, and privacy notices to your callers.

AI-generated responses

Your receptionist uses artificial intelligence and may occasionally misunderstand a caller or give an inaccurate response. You should review call summaries and follow up with callers where appropriate. Novaro is not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated responses.

Not an emergency service

The AI receptionist is not an emergency service and must not be relied on to contact emergency services. Callers facing an emergency should contact their local emergency number directly.

Service availability

The service depends on third-party telecommunications, messaging, and AI providers. We work to keep it available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

SMS Terms

Consent to receive SMS messages

By providing your phone number through our website chat widget, contact form, onboarding form, or any other channel, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Novaro at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message types

Messages may include:

• Responses to inquiries submitted through our chat widget or contact form
• Project updates and status notifications
• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Follow-ups related to our services
• Lead notifications, call alerts, and account updates for AI receptionist clients

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature and status of your inquiry. We will not send unsolicited or excessive messages.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Novaro is not responsible for any charges your carrier imposes.

Opt-out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent after your opt-out is processed. To re-subscribe at any time, reply START.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier policies.

No third-party sharing

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data will be shared with, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies without exception.

Supported carriers

SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and others. Coverage may vary.

Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
• Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website's normal operation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the website without prior written consent

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including design, text, graphics, code, animations, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Novaro unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from Novaro.

Client Work & Deliverables

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Novaro reserves the right to feature completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials
• Any third-party assets used in a project (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses

Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms, including deposit amounts, milestones, and due dates, are defined in the individual client agreement
• Work does not commence until an agreed deposit is received
• Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the terms outlined in the client agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novaro is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of business, revenue, data, or anticipated savings
• Service interruptions outside of Novaro's reasonable control

Use of our website and services is at your own risk.

Disclaimer

All information on this website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Novaro does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
